I love Gillespie’s Mobile Service! Very convenient in that they text about appointments. They show up at your door on time. You may even get free items (windshield wipers)! The only requirements are that your vehicle and form of payment be accessible. Love it!

Been a year with my vehicle and while sales was great with the exception of being treated like a rat because they couldn't find the title i handed Finance; also finance was unprofessional and treated me like crap. Had to go through Ford Corporate to get my warranty removed since Finance made it such a big deal. Oh and recalls but in the dealerships defense this is the Ford plants bad QC. Update: 02/17 Had their Mobile Unit come and check a few things and honestly they were phenomenal! Shout out to Tri for his friendly and helpful service - will definitely use the service again. Updating my rating for this and hope your manager gives you a raise 🙂.
